Return & Exchange Policy
At Kambotix, we stand by the quality of our products. If something isn't right, we'll help make it right.
Eligible Returns
You can request a return or exchange if:
- The product is defective or damaged
- You received the wrong item
- The product does not work as described
Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be in original condition with packaging
Warranty Coverage
- Most products (like Raspberry Pi or Orange Pi) include a 30-day hardware warranty
- Manufacturer warranties apply for specific brands and items
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect wiring, or modifications is not covered
How to Request a Return
- Contact us via Telegram or Facebook
- Provide your order number and a photo/video of the issue
- We'll guide you through the return or exchange process
Exchange Process
If eligible, you can:
- Replace the item with a new unit
- Exchange it for another product of equal value
- Request a store credit (case-by-case)
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used accessories (e.g., jumper wires, sensors) unless faulty
- Items damaged due to user error
